Born and raised in San Antonio, Joseph brings undeniable rhythm and soul to every session. A certified yoga and spin instructor, his classes are a fusion of breath, beat, and body — designed to move you deeper.

With a lifelong love for music and years behind the decks as a DJ, Joseph knows how to read the room and raise the vibe. Whether he’s leading a high-intensity spin session or a slow, intentional yoga flow, his soundtrack is always on point, curated to elevate your experience.

When he’s not on the bike or the mat, you’ll find him at a live show with his wife or exploring the outdoors with their dog, Koda. For Joseph, movement and music are medicine and sharing that energy is what he does best.
